Memorial Day Jamboree Games
RELOCATED AND REFORMATTED DUE TO WEATHER!
This event is open to any girl who plays baseball regardless of team affiliation. FREE with optional on site contribution.

PENN vs Brown Baseball Games
Players and families attended baseball games and had the opportunity to meet Olivia Pichardo, the first woman to play NCAA Div 1 baseball!

Free Winter Open Practices
During the month of February, any girl regardless of team affiliation had the opportunity to participate in free indoor practices. 27 girls ages 8-14 from 17 different organizations participated.

2023 Season Opening Event
Let’s play ball! Our first outdoor practice of the year was for new and returning players. Families competed in our player vs. family tennis baseball game after practice. We ended the night with pizza and potluck.

Philly Girls Baseball hosted a 4 week self-paced workout challenge where players from any team turned the off season ON! Participants completed self-paced home workouts to increase strength, speed, flexibility, and mobility.

Philly Girls Baseball is proud to be the first girls baseball program to host an MLB Pitch Hit & Run competition! This is a coed baseball event open to ages 7-14. Major League Baseball® Pitch Hit & Run is a free event that provides participants an opportunity to showcase their baseball skills, while earning a chance to attend and perform during the MLB® World Series!
Athletes are tested, and their measurements are recorded. Based on their scores, they may advance from a local event to a Team Championship held in MLB stadiums. Top scores from Championships then qualify for an all-expenses-paid trip for two to compete at the National Finals, which is hosted at the World Series.

Basic Skills Session
This session is perfect for girls moving up from T-Ball to baseball, and for players ages 7-10 looking to improve basic fielding and throwing skills. All girls are welcome regardless of team affiliation.

Open Practices
Indoor open practices are on Sundays in February at Phield House. Times may vary. Unsure if your player should attend our Basic Skills Session or Open Practice? Open practice players should be able to comfortably play catch and safely catch a baseball thrown accurately at the chest. Girls ages 8-14 are welcome regardless of team affiliation.
